Shipping in Online Cosmetics store

  All customers should be advised that all packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

  Once your order has been placed, it will ship within 2-4 business days.

  If the order is not delivered in 30 days from the shipping date, please contact us to investigate and open an insurance claim

Changes to the order.

  Any changes to your order will be communicated using your registered e-mail address. Delay of processing can occur due to item unavailability or address verification.

Shipping options.

  We provide several shipping options with different estimated delivery time, you can choose your preferred shipping method when placing the order.

Shipping cost.

  The shipping cost depends on the delivery address and will be calculated and displayed prior to check-out.

Gift Cards.

  Gift Cards will be sent directly to your email address, no shipping costs.

Parcel Forwarding Services

  If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that may occur. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered intact to a parcel forwarding company. Any order redirected to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Romanovamakeup is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

  We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

Restricted Hazardous Items

  Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to the U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only. Therefore, packages may potentially take additional time to arrive. Please reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase notifications for estimated delivery.

Tracking Orders

  When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. To track your order, visit the Order Status page. You will need to sign in to access your account information.

Responsibilities

  Title to the products in your order is transferred from Romanovamakeup to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Romanovamakeup to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy.
