Contact us and we will send you a return authorization (RA) number. We do not cover return shipping costs or provide return labels. Items purchased online cannot be returned in-stores.
After we receive your item back in proper condition, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be accredited to your account.
All shipping costs are nonrefundable. Items deemed unacceptable by our Returns Department will be returned and ineligible for the requested refund or exchange.
Be sure to email us directly via Contact form and a customer care representative will send you a unique RA (Return Authorization) number with specific instructions. Bear in mind, we are not held responsible for parcels lost in transit or tracked as delivered. Returns or exchanges with no RA number will not be processed.
Exchanges can only be processed for items of the same value. Only existing discount codes can be applied to exchanged items of the same value or less.
